By accessing or using PrimeCartAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or claim a store through PrimeCartAI.
3. The Service
PrimeCartAI provides AI-built ecommerce store setup, training materials, software tools, community access, and partner offers. Your store hosting is provided by, and billed by, the underlying storefront platform — not by PrimeCartAI.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or third-party right, (b) sell prohibited or restricted products, (c) post misleading or fraudulent content, (d) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or (e) resell or redistribute our proprietary materials.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, software, designs, branding, and materials provided through PrimeCartAI remain the property of PrimeCartAI or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for operating your own store.
7. Your Store, Your Brand
The store built for you, including any customisations and the revenue it generates, belongs to you. PrimeCartAI does not take any percentage of your store's sales.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (storefront platforms, ad networks, suppliers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and PrimeCartAI is not responsible for their performance, fees, or policies.
9. No Earnings Guarantee
Any income examples or testimonials shown are not guarantees. Your results depend on your own effort, market conditions, marketing decisions, and other factors outside our control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeCartAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeCartAI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that causes harm to PrimeCartAI, our users, or third parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
